Improving the physical state of cadets of higher education institutions with specific learning conditions during the additional sports classes

The article examines the level and dynamics of indicators physical state cadets who engaged in sambo wrestling during their studies at higher education institutions with specific training conditions. 60 (male) National Academy Internal Affairs, aged 19-22, were studying senior courses (III IV years) took part research. additionally practiced classes included experimental group (EG, n=25), peers did not attend additional sports - control (CG, n=35). study was carried out according to development (height, body weight, vital capacity, hand dynamometry) functional capabilities cadets' (pulse rate, blood pressure, duration pulse recovery after standard exercise). Research methods: theoretical analysis generalization scientific methodical literature, pedagogical observation, testing, experiment, methods mathematical statistics. It has been established that results EG significantly better than CG for all studied indicators. At end had those CG, weight 2.2 kg, dynamometry 3.1 rate 0.7 bpm, time 4,5 s. This testifies effectiveness wrestling, only formation professional skills abilities application police coercive measures, but also improving future law enforcement officers.
